Beau Lotto
Beau is a Reader in Neuroscience and Head of Lottolab at UCL.
His work attempts to understand why the brain 'sees' as it does, by
studying, among other things, the behaviour and physiology of
human, bee and robot vision. He has presented 'Leading Edge' and
'Coast' for the BBC as well as collaborating on an installation
called 'AfterImage' for the Hayward Gallery and acting as a
panellist at the Dana Centre in 2007. He is currently working with
the London Sinfonietta and Arup on a series of large-scale music,
sound and colour installations.
